In January 2015 I was charged with failure to report an accident, failure to remain, failure to render assistance and failure to give required information.

Being totally overwhelmed with these charges I truly felt I was innocent of, I turned to OTT Legal Markham Division for help and to represent me. I sat down with Daniel Jenner and we reviewed the case. Mr. Jenner put me at ease and basically said “let me do my job”.

Let be real ladies and gentlemen. If your getting a ticket in any matter or sort, just remember that the ticket is because you had done something to be given that ticket. Now personally i thought the best way to fight this ticket is to find someone who knows the court house better than anyone else. Now understand that i had a ticket with 3 point. The cop actually had me higher but reduced my ticket 4 points to 3 points and still over 29 speed limit. Don't forget, the ticket will increase your insurance since, it's a speeding ticket in the first place. Rory and his team is very honest and stands by his contracts. Why you should consider paying $250 plus tax due to the fix rates. This means that they will follow your instruction and allow you to know what your outcome and what you seek verse what they can do to fight. When my court date had occur, they had pushed it for insurance purpose for renewal, rule number they listen and pushed it. Second they knew that it can be reduced with no point to save your driving abstract to keeping your licence. Which they fought a reduced ticket and got me no point over 15 km which is still okay since that was on my contract. Of course it sucks to not see it cleared but... He did his job honest and respectful. If you have any court tickets understand this matter, clearing a ticket is very hard and lucky but experience legal help, they were on the dot when taking care of my matter. Anyone seeking help i'll tell you this, this review isn't to boost their business, this review is for my sake to explain to people out their, if you want to save your driver abstract give these people a chance to fight, it worth the money. I got another ticket i'll keep you all posted for that outcome. Anyways to whom that reads this review i apologize it was a lot of words but it's a genuine honest review and i have no doubt to save Rory and his team's number as my lawyer on my Contacts. If you get any ticket, RULE NUMBER 1 DON"T PAY UNTIL THEY PROVE YOU ARE DOING THE TICKET 😀 TAKE CARE 😀

I could not be happier with this company!!I got dinged with four tickets in one stop, 3 paperwork charges and one handheld while looking at google maps. (YIKES) They did absolutely everything they could to extend my court date and try and get me the best outcome - turns out every single one of my charges were withdrawn! They helped me for over a year and a half and never charged me more than their $300 flat rate. Would recommend to everyone!

I got a careless driver ticket in July 2019 and I was pretty much convinced that my driving record is messed up now. Then I looked at their reviews and relying on them I decided to let Mr. Rory handle my case. He’s the best. He fought the ticket and won and now I don’t any demerits, no penalties.I strongly recommend these guys. If they can take care of such a nasty ticket, they can handle anything.

Had a speeding ticket but the cop also wrote me up for using my cell phone because the screen was on and not mounted. I wasn’t even using the phone but ended up calling OTT to help with my case. They were very informative and realistic with what my outcome would most likely be. They were looking at having the cellphone ticket withdrawn and a reduced fine for the speed, they ended up having both fines withdrawn which was really great news as I was expecting some kind of reduced fine. I also did my own research on my tickets so I could ask OTT the right questions which helped me understand what they were doing in prep for court. Thanks again!

#miracleworker swear to God! Hired them for a second time to handle a serious offense, that carried very bad long term consequences. Charged wtih quasi criminal violation of a major highway traffic act. This is the second time they got my charge completely thrown out/cleared! They have an amazing track record, and I initially found them through the counsel of another legal rep (who even worked for another company). Each member on OTT team carries specialized knowledge on how to deal with specific tickets, courts, judges and etc... So they really send out their best and most appropriate rep to maximize your chances. Their inn and out knowledge of the system and tickets, and relationships in the court make all the difference! 1st time using a legal service provider to fight a collision ticket. I did my homework to choose a firm, and OTT is definitely the lucky one for me. I understand the result of the ticket is not guaranteed; but after I gave my case to OTT, it has absolutely taken away some of my stress from the accident. I met Shelby once in the office, emailed her the notice of trial & Rory emailed me the result of trial. DONE! My ticket is gone. One thing I must mentioned is Rory actually emailed me on the day of the trial. I didn't even remember the trial date, so I was very surprised when I saw his email. Thank you so much OTT Legal!!!

In the past 20 years I have been pulled over by Toronto Police 4 times. Each time I went to OTT and each time they handled my case with success. The latest time was for using my cell phone while driving. The officer pulled me over, because he said he saw me operating my phone. I was not operating my phone, but it he must have noticed the flashing news and sports alerts, from my phone. Because my phone was flashing, I moved the phone holder, with the phone in it to the seat. I explained this to the officer, but he gave me the ticket anyway. You cannot have the phone in your hand!!! Anyway, if you are charged with this offence you must show up for court which I did. My OTT person was Tristan. Tristan explained the process....how the officer will present his case, then I will take the stand and present my case. The case was dropped in the end because the officer did not show up for court. The officer had DVD evidence, but Tristan told me the evidence on the DVD was not from my case, it was from another car. Also on the evidence sheet, the officers information was from another car. Strange. Anyway, I was happy to have the charges dropped. I would recommend OTT.

I got a Red Light Camera ticket (Pulled over and Caught on Camera). Total fines were $600 and 3 Demerit points. I was skeptical at first when I went in but Rory was great and explained to me what they would try to do and went through the different possible outcomes. Long story short Rory told me to hang tight and I get a call a month later from him telling me all the charges were withdrawn with no fine or demerit points. Was referred by a couple co workers and do not regret this decision one bit. I went to OTT Legal Services to discus my ticket. I ended up representing myself, but I can tell you it's a lot of work. Speaking with the lawyer I could tell he really knew his stuff. And I would highly recommend being represented by them if anyone has a serious violation.

This place was suggested to me by my friend, I had a speeding ticket (121 on a 90) with 4 demerit points. I came in April and sure thing they told me they will represent me in court and they'll let me know what the result is. I went from a potential 4 demerit points to 0 demerit points with a little bit of a fine. They responded to my questions fast and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I am hoping this is the first and last time that I'll be needing their help, but if I get a ticket again, I will definitely go to them. If you are concerned about potential demerit points, go to OTT, they know their stuff and will definitely help you with your case.

If you contact the Scarborough office, ask for Mark. He is exceptional in his attention to detail and commitment to winning a case. I was mixed up in a lot of red tape after I returned home to Toronto after studying in the US with a car I bought in the US. The insurance, the registration, the emissions test results were all from the US and the insurance lapsed after I returned but I was unable to renew here as the registration and emissions tests were from the US I couldn't return to the US to renew those as the insurance had lapsed. It was a catch 22 and a paperwork nightmare with the DMV in the US dragging the paperwork on for months. Then I got pulled over by a cop because my license plate was from the US and it looked like I was driving with no insurance. You can imagine the predicament I was in. OTT legal was able to sort out the issue for me and my drivers license was not docked any points.

Rory Hardman knows what he's doing. He got my fail to provide insurance and a 134 in a 90 tickets withdrawn. His work had my ticket delayed by over a year and within that time my insurance rate dropped. Saved me completely.

Would definitely recommend their services !!!! I had two bad tickets. 1. Failing to stop on the All Stop sign. 2. Failing to stop on the right for emergency Police vehicle. The Cop was not friendly at all. Even after explaining him he charged me with the 2 tickets which could have ended my insurance and i would have my premiums drastically increased with new insurance. Spoke to Daniel in OTT Legal who pursued my case. He did good job of merging the 2 tickets for a single date. The tickets were then followed up with Tristan, Mark and Shelby. Finally i got update from Rory Hardman that I WON THE CASE AND ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED! Great Job !!!

OTT has gone to bat for me three times and hit two home runs with one strikeout. I was strongly advised by them that the strikeout was the likely outcome for that ticket before hiring them for that one so no complaint there. Should I get yet another ticket i will not hesitate to go back to them for representation.

I was facing 4 HTA traffic ticket charges.My wife & I met Jeramy @ old city hall court on the day of our trial.He took over our case and a few weeks later we were informed all CHARGES DISMMISED. I am amazed!! These guys know there job. My son didnt stay at the scene although it was a minor collision, l was worried that it would be considered a hit and run. I went to these guys. June, 2017, I was charged for non-stopping for a Stop Sign. Because I did not stop long enought. I went to OTT at their Markham office. And Feb, 2018, my case was withdrawn from the crown. Would rate them perfect score and more!Had a scary “Failure to Remain” ticket for an incident in a parking lot. It was complex, involved cops and I had no clue what to do. After contacting various paralegal companies, I met Daniel Jenner in person and was impressed by his calm demeanor, knowledge of traffic law and court experience. I sought him through a referral, as he is known to have expertise in handling complex situations. He guided me every step of the way with care, detail and educated me on potential outcomes, routes of action, and how to talk to cops. let's put it this way if your car needs a brake change u take it to a qualified mechanic to do the job. Same goes for a traffic ticket unless you are not worried about your driving abstract and high insurance rates you should really try these guys out. I had a very serious infraction hired OTT And the results well let's just say very satisfactory. If you have an infraction and thinking about legal help OTT is money well spent. I really don't know where to begin, so I'll start by saying how unbelievably thankful I am for these guys. Throughout my years of driving, I haven't been the luckiest- having had 1 unsafe left turn, 1 failure to remain, 1 reckless driving, and speeding ticket. I got a careless driving ticket last year in December and I was called yesterday to tell me I have been cleared of the ticket and no points were taken off! My father recommended them to me as he’s used OTT in the past for his speeding tickets. The environment was professional, the staff was professional and my paralegal Rory Hardman was great. I had a ticket of hand held device, a major ticket comes with fine of $490. I wasn't using the cellphone when I was driving, but I was checking the time on my cellphone when I stopped at red light. Unfortunately there was a undercover cop car right besides me on the lane next to me. Therefore I pulled over and got the ticket. OTT helped me fight it off completely. I would recommend their service to anyone who got traffic ticket problems.

No insurance / False insurance cardMy experience with OTT was outstanding. In particular, Daniel Jenner was always a calming voice of reason and legal consult. I was reeling for months over my charges and potential fines but his genuine care, support, and guidance kept me grounded. I feel very fortunate to have had his help. Paul Andrews did a phenomenal job representing me in court. I quite liked that he challenged me and my facts which prepared me well. It was unknown whether I'd be successful in court, but throughout my nervousness I was comforted by Paul's background, knowledge, and expertise. It was my first time in court and for some pretty serious charges. I'm grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone. My Story:I was selling a vehicle to a friend and since I had no space at home, he allowed the car to be parked at his place until we finalized the sale of my car in his name. I switched it to basic insurance in the meantime since it wasn't going to be driven until the sale.Unfortunately, he drove my car without permission and got pulled over. I was on the hook for two major tickets -- "knowingly have false insurance card" (min. $10,000 fine) and "owner permitting vehicle on highway, no insurance" (min. $5,000 fine). The law states the onus is on the OWNER, no matter who was driving. I was convinced there was no way out of these tickets -- I was proven wrong. Thank you, OTT.
