Turn not in Safety Traffic Ticket
A traffic ticket for "turn not in safety" has the following penalties;
- Two (2) demerit points
- A fine of one hundred and ten dollars ($110.00)
- A conviction registered on your driving record for three years
- Determination of fault where an accident has occurred
- Possible insurance increases
